Accepted Payment Types
In-Person:
We accept Debit, and all major Canadian credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Cash (maximum payment by cash is 2000 CAD)
Online & Over the Phone:
All major Canadian credit cards
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash above $2000 CAD or cheques due to NSF, late payments, and incomplete payments. CommonWealth Saddles cannot leave tack or saddles with any person until we are in receipt of payment in full. If you plan on purchasing at a later date and will be out of the country or unavailable, you may choose to leave a card on file with CommonWealth Saddles.
Payment Plans
We are pleased to be able to offer payment plans to ensure flexibility for our riders! Payment plans allow riders to purchase saddles in 3 equal payments, scheduled as follows:
Payment 1:
1/3 of total purchase price (taxes included); due upon ordering.
Payment 2:
1/3 of total purchase price (taxes included); due 30 days from order submission.
Payment 3:
1/3 of total purchase price (taxes included); due 60 days from order submission, or upon saddle delivery (whichever comes first).
Please note: payment plans cannot be combined with other discounts or incentives (ie: second saddle discount, free leathers, sponsorships, barn parties).

CommonWealth Saddles is pleased to offer various discounts to help you get the most of your new saddle purchase! Many of our riders return to a second and third time for their next saddles, and bring their friends and family to us as well as referrals. These discounts were designed with our riders in mind to help where we can, and to be transparent about our process so that everyone can access the same great deals on fantastic European saddles!
Barn Parties
Thinking of a booking a fitting, and have friends that may be as well? This is the incentive for you! Available for groups of 3+ riders at one stable, barn parties are a fun and stress-free way to explore our saddle options and find your fit, while enjoying time with your barn family! Discounts are applicable as follows:
Groups of 3-4 riders:
$175 off of each new saddle purchased
Groups of 5+ riders:
$250 off of each new saddle purchased
Please note: all riders interested in a fitting must fill out a “Request a Fitting” form, and all must select the same date on their fitting request! Barn days are reserved for groups of 3+ riders, all at the same barn. Barn party discounts are applicable only to new saddle purchases!
Second Saddle Discount
Receive $250 CAD off of your second saddle purchased through CommonWealth Saddles!
Ready to upgrade? Whether your horse has changed shape, you have outgrown your current saddle, or you just want to refresh your ride, we've got you covered! As a thank you for your continued support, we are proud to offer a second saddle discount to our riders!
Please note: the second saddle discount applies to new saddle purchases only.
